Language and Aphasia

We study language and aphasia using a combination of behavioral, ERP, and structural imaging methods. Specific areas of research include:

  • Acquired disorders of reading (alexia without agraphia)
  • Orthographic feedback effects in spoken word recognition
  • Relationships between morphological, phonological, and semantic processing in aphasia
  • Executive components of language
