Directions to the lab by car:
You can generate a custom set of directions below to the VA Medical Center located at 150 Muir Road, Martinez, CA 94553-4668.
Please also note the location of Research Building 26 within the VA campus. Located adjacent to Building 4, on the hill.
Directions to the lab by BART and bus:
First, take the BART Pittsburg-Bay Point (yellow) line to the North Concord / Martinez Station. Take a County Connection transfer before exiting the station gates; this reduces the bus fare.
From there, take the County Connection Bus 28 (the final destination of which is Amtrack) to the Martinez VA Medical Center. Note that this bus departs from the station only once an hour, so you must plan the trip carefully. The members of the CNE lab will work with you to pick a specific train and bus to fit your schedule.
